I'm Ivo Banovsky — a fractional CTO and interim technology leader based in Munich. For nearly three decades I've worked where engineering meets the balance sheet: building, rescuing, and advising technology across FinTech, Insurance, Geospatial and Retail.
I also help investors and boards cut through the noise — honest assessments of architecture, team, and delivery risk before a check is written. As an AI pioneer, I'm especially focused on turning AI from a buzzword into shipped value: pragmatic roadmaps, safe adoption patterns, and teams that build with AI rather than around it.
